Put pasta in a large bowl. If I have time I will put the pasta in the refrigerator to cool down and then add 1/2 the veggies and 1/2 the dressing and a little bit of salt and pepper ( we will also put some on the top) and toss. Then add the rest of the veggies and the rest of the dressing and the rest of your salt and pepper and toss until well combined. Place in the fridge until ready to go or eat right away. It doesn’t get much easier, quicker or don’t forget tastier than that!
