Hamburger Stroganoff
I love stroganoff and when using hamburger it is a budget friendly meal. I make this about once a month but I could eat it more than that!

Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Ground beef
- 1 Bag Wide egg noodles
- 1 Cup Sour cream
- 1 Cup Beef broth
- 1 Cup Heavy cream
- 1 Small Chopped onion
- 3 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 Ounce Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Clove garlic Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbs Flour

Instructions
- Brown hamburger with salt and pepper, onion and garlic until no pink. Drain off any excess fat. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes. Add flour and cook for another minute.
- Add broth, heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream and egg noodles. Serve immediately.
