I love stroganoff and when using hamburger it is a budget friendly meal. I make this about once a month but I could eat it more than that!
Brown hamburger with salt and pepper, onion and garlic until no pink. Drain off any excess fat. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes. Add flour and cook for another minute.
Add broth, heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream and egg noodles. Serve immediately.
